Ginger Pachadi / Inji Thayir is a traditional accompaniment in Ona Sadhya menu. It is helpful for digestion when we are having a heavy meal. Let us learn how to prepare this pacahdi.
Ingredients:
Ginger - 1 to 2 tbsp(grated or finely chopped)
Green chillies - 1(finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Curd - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Directions:
Take a bowl add the grated or finely chopped ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, salt along with curd.
Mix well and serve.
Note:
