Scrambled Egg Cheese Sandwich - Kids Special Recipe

Enjoy these delicious sandwiches filled with egg and cheese. This is a favorite variety for my sons and they often ask for this to school!

Ingredients:

Wheat bread - 4
Eggs - 2
Cheese slice - 1
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Butter - to toast the bread
Tomato sauce - 2 to 3 tsp
Olive oil /butter  1 to 2 tsp

Directions:

Add egg,  cheese, salt and pepper along with milk in a bowl; beat until well blended.

Heat olive oil / butter in a non- stick pan and add the egg mixture; stir over medium heat until eggs are cooked.

Toast the bread separately using butter.  Now, spread the tomato sauce;  top with lettuce leaves and egg, cheese mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice.

Cut the sandwich into half and that's it!

A perfect dish for the kids school / picnic lunch box.

Note:

You may also substitute white bread for wheat bread.
