Coconut Ladoo / Laddu Using Condensed Milk

Wishing you all a happy and safe Diwali!!

Coconut laddu with condensed milk is very easy and takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.  It is the best recipe for those rushing with last minute preparations!

Yields - 18 to 20 medium sized ladoos approximately.

Ingredients:

Dessicated Coconut - 2 to 2 ½ cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ amount of 400 grams tin.
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Sliced almonds - for garnishing

Directions:

Take a bowl; add desiccated coconut (reserve some cocunut for coating the ladoos later), condensed milk, cardamom powder (if using) and mix well to form a soft dough.

Grease your fingers and make medium sized balls; roll into reserved desiccated coconut and garnish with sliced almonds.

Your zero cooking, tasty ladoos are ready to serve!

Note:

Add condensed milk spoon by spoon and mix. This will help you to prepare the dough in correct consistency.

This ladoo can stay fresh if we kept in the fridge for 3 - 4 days.
