Ingredients:
Papaya - 1 to 1 ¼ cup (peeled , deseeded, sliced)
Milk / water - to dilute
Banana - 1 small ( Peeled and sliced)
Orange juice - 1 cup Milk / water - to dilute
Sugar or Honey - to taste(optional)

Put the papaya, banana, sugar / honey and orange juice in a blender.
(Adjust the sugar level according to the sweetness of the fruits)
Blend well till it becomes smooth and frothy.

Dilute it with water or milk and pour into glasses. (I used low fat milk)
