Watermelon Juice

Watermelon is one of the biggest treats of summer season.  Delicious & refreshing watermelon juice is not only thirst quenching but also a good source of potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C.

Ingredients:

Watermelon - 2 cups
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Honey/ Sugar - to taste

Directions:


Slice the watermelon and remove the seeds.


Place the sliced watermelon in blender / mixer; Grind into a smooth paste and add in the remaining ingredients.

Blend well till it becomes smooth .

Add ice cubes and serve chilled. 

Note:
Add sugar or honey if necessary; but I like to have it with the natural sweetness of watermelon.
